Business Agility is one of the modern buzzwords. What it means depends on who you ask. Most agree thought that it is about quick and effective adaptation in order to maximize delivered value and user experience. To make organization thrive one must use appropriate tools. Taking into consideration what Business Agility is and that running business organization is complex Scrum comes as one of the first options. Scrum is agnostic to the specifics of the problem and thus it’s usages is not limited to Product Development as many think. It offers an elegant way adapt and maximize a value in unpredictable and competitive context. In this talk I will discuss how Scrum can be used at organizational level to enable Business Agility.
